The Township of Woolwich offers a number of advertising and sponsorship opportunities within our recreation facilities and on our new Municipal Digital Sign.

Municipal Digital Sign Advertisements
Excellent exposure for your business or event at reasonable rates! The Township of Woolwich Municipal Digital Sign is conveniently located at the gateway to Elmira, close to the intersection of Arthur Street South and Southfield Drive, which sees a high volume of motorist traffic daily.
- Advertisements appear in rotation with other clients and Township information
- Advertisements are updated weekly on Mondays
- All bookings must be made a minimum of 5 business days prior to the advertisement release date
- Various pricing options are availabe to best suit the needs of your business or event
- The municipal digital sign accommodates the following image files; .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .px, .tif
- All files should be 300 x 180 pixels
- Full motion videos can be played and can accomodate the following video files; .avi, .mpeg, .mov, .mp4, .wmv that fit the ratio of 5:3. Videos must be no longer than 10 seconds in length
- We recommend minimal text with a minimum font size of 14pt, include only vital information such as dates, times, location, website etc.
- White backgrounds are not recommended; dark backgrounds with bright colours are more effective
- The most effective digital ads are those with a strong, short visual message that can be read quickly and clearly
- Image and video advertisements can be created for you as per the outlined Creative Fee charges
Booking the Municipal Digital Sign
- Complete the Booking Form
- Ensure you choose beginning and end dates
- Review specifications & ensure your advertisement is complete
- All advertisements including graphics must be completed at the time of booking
- Please use a separate form for each advertisement
- Upload your image files through the form
- Email your video files separately to: communications@woolwich.ca
- Booking is subject to availability
- You will receive an invoice from the Township of Woolwich once your booking is confirmed

Did you know that the Woolwich Memorial Centre sees over 250,000 visitors annually?
The WMC and other Recreation facilities around the Township are used by a variety of groups and individuals year-round and offer a range of advertising opportunities. We also offer opportunities for corporate sponsorship of community skates and swims.
