Canada Post National Strike Impacts

Canada Post has announced a national strike, effective Nov. 15, 2024.
All incoming and outgoing mail delivery will be impacted.

Water Billing

Regular water billing for monthly and for Elmira customers will be processed as usual with a due date of December 19, 2024. Customers who receive their bill by mail can call or attend the office the first week of December to inquiry about the amount due. Pre-authorized payments will be withdrawn on December 19, 2024.

Payments

Residents are encouraged to sign up for eBilling - Woolwich Township to prevent delayed invoices and payments. Payment due dates for property taxes, water bills and parking tickets will not change. Residents are responsible for keeping payments up to date

Traffic Impact: Intermittent road closures. Traffic control provided by the police.
Roads to be used: William Street, Arthur Street South, First Street East
Parking Impact: The surrounding area on the day of the parade.
