Water Billing Notice

Regular water billing for monthly and for Elmira customers will be processed as usual with a due date of December 19, 2024.

Customers who receive their bill by mail can call or attend the office to inquiry about the amount due. 

Pre-authorized payments will be withdrawn on December 19, 2024.

Community support programs and services such as the Food bank, JumpStart program, Goodwill, etc. are provided by different agencies including Woolwich Community Services, Woolwich Counselling Centre and Elmira District Community Living.
