This middle school focused fitness class specializes in activities that help youth develop athletic abilities while introducing 12 and 13 year old's to a gym environment. We will work on speed, endurance, agility, balance, strength and, coordination skills, all incredibly important for lifelong physical activity and sport. Innovative interval programming with progressions makes this class accessible to all levels of athlete.
