Anca Seger: Dreams on the Travel Path
Anca Seger was born in Romania, living between Canada and the United States, recently settling in Breslau to be close to family. Anca traveled abroad in search of the human essentials that matter and exists in each one of us – the core love, understanding, connection, emotional experience that does not depend on place and language. Anca’s art is meant to speak to your sense of belonging, one's search for roots, authenticity and history. Anca’s paintings reflect the awareness of her fractured belonging to two worlds and to none of them.
“Dreams on the Travel Path” came to be a patchwork of images collected over recent travels, inner and outer worlds in continuous conversation, exchanging impressions, creating emotions, the stuff life is made of, spilling all over the landscape, the city, relationships, powerful and fragile all at once.
