Grants and Special Assistance
The Township of Woolwich offers different avenues of funding and grant support for local agencies, not-for-profit organizations and service groups.
Every Fall, non-profit organizations may apply for a Capital or Operating Grant for the delivery of services within the Township of Woolwich. Applications are now closed.

- Annual Grants
- First-Time Annual Grants Applicants - complete and submit the Annual Grant Eligibility Form.
- Operating Grant - Non-profit organizations may apply for an operating grant to be used for the delivery of programs and services within the community. Operating Grants may be applied as a one-time grant or multi-year grant for the term of Council. Complete and submit the Annual Grant Application.
- Capital Grant - Non-profit organizations may apply for a one-time capital grant to be used by the organization to purchase an asset to assist in delivering programs or services within the community. Complete and submit the Annual Grant Application.
- Arts & Culture Grant - Funding may be awarded to eligible individuals and organizations for initiatives, activities, events, or programs in the community that promote visual and performing arts and cultures. Complete the Arts and Culture Grant Application.
- Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Grant - Funding may be awarded to eligible individuals and organizations for initiatives, activities or events in the community that support equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. Complete the EDIB application form.
- Travel Assistance Grant - Funding may be awarded to individuals or sports teams to assist with expenses for travelling to provincial, national or international competitions. Complete the application form.
- Special Event Grant - Funding may be awarded to eligible individuals and organizations for one time special events taking place within the community. Complete the application form.
- Grants-in-Kind - Funding may be awarded to eligible individuals and organizations to help offset the cost of any fees or charges that may be levied by the Township for the use of facilities.
